Small businesses are the heart of our community. Solid Rock is committed to supporting our small businesses and ensuring they are connected to the local resources they need to grow and be successful. Presently, we are working to connect southeast small businesses to funding and relief opportunities to help sustain during these tough times. If you're a small business owner, please complete the short survey below. Read through the available relief opportunities and apply for ALL you qualify for. Funding and Relief Opportunities:

Survive and Thrive
Survive and Thrive provides up to $20,000 in grants to eligible small businesses and holistic programming for participants with both financial resources and community support to build back stronger. The application period opens on February 15. Visit to apply.

Local Sales Tax Rebate
El Paso County restaurants, bars, taverns, and food trucks may apply for a rebate of the County's 1% sales tax on your taxable sales up to $70,000 in monthly sales from July 2020 to February 2021. The City of Colorado Springs is also participating in a rebate program, the County will share our application with that municipality. Click here to download the application

Liquor License Fee Waiver
The State Liquor Enforcement Division is waiving liquor license fees, application fees, renewal fees, and COVID-19 Modification fees for restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries, distilleries, and clubs. Please reach out to to take advantage of this opportunity.

State Sales Tax Rebate
The State of Colorado is offering a rebate on your taxable sales up to $70,000 per month for the period of November 2020 to February 2021. Click here for eligibility requirements and instructions on how to apply
