John Rogerson has served as an administrator in Harrison School District Two for 15 years. He has been a principal and is one of Harrison’s Dual Superintendents. He was the Principal of Fox Meadow Middle School and Giberson Elementary School. Prior to coming to Harrison, he was an Instructional Coordinator for gifted and talented students, social studies and science in his district in Illinois. Mr. Rogerson taught middle school science and language arts before moving into administration. As Principal of Fox Meadow Middle School, he guided the school to being recognized as a Center of Excellence by the state of Colorado. Mr. Rogerson has more than 22 years of experience in education in varied settings.
Mr. Rogerson has been married to to his wife, Dr. Lana Rogerson, D.C. for over 34 years. They have two grown sons and a daughter–in-law. His hobbies include writing, the performing arts, and hiking.
