Solid Rock CDC is currently building an affordable housing complex in Southeast Colorado Springs called The Village @ Solid Rock. This will be a 77-unit multi-family property consisting of 15 one bedroom units (685 square feet each), 33 two bedroom units (910 square feet each) and 29 three bedroom units (1,185 square feet each). Building amenities will include an active courtyard, with barbecue areas and seating, as well as a playground and additional community space.
Construction started in June 2022, and is anticipated to last through December 2023, with active leasing beginning in December 2022 – June 2023.
